    What's the emp code for spg? It used to be the same as the marriott emp code but marriott bought them out and they changed it and no one at work knows what it is.

    does anyone have a friends and family for Hilton. I need it so bad. I am traveling to LA the 8-11th and the hotel I am looking at is $1,000 a night

      You have to be enrolled in the friends and family program by a Hilton employee in order to see and book the FAF rates now. They started that a few years ago and there's no way around it that I know of at the moment.

          You absolutely have to be enrolled - my friend just added me to her list at work so I could get the discount -- then you go to a certain website and book through it that way.

      You have to be enrolled in the friends and family program by a Hilton employee in order to see and book the FAF rates now. They started that a few years ago and there's no way around it that I know of at the moment.

        Can confirm you need to be enrolled via a current employee. Not sure what the verification process or whatever is.

      Only travel agents have an IATA, not hotel brands or individual hotels. The group code is issued when a group block is entered into their system based on the contract signed with the group's primary contact, so the code would depend on the group, the specific hotel that signed an agreement with the group, and whether or not the group is available to be booked by individual travelers (some are not). There's no generic code you can use to access general group rates that I'm aware of right now.
